Jon Detweiler serves as Chief of Staff for VMSC EMS, where he oversees leadership development, intelligence and preparedness, strategic initiatives, and organizational growth across one of Pennsylvania's largest non-profit EMS agencies. During his tenure, he has led the development of innovative leadership programs, including the Leadership Development Academy, while helping to shape the organization's future leaders. Jon also serves as a liaison to regional, state, and federal intelligence and public safety partners, supporting emergency preparedness, threat assessment, and operational planning efforts. Drawing on more than three decades of experience in EMS, flight medicine, tactical operations support, and healthcare leadership, he is passionate about developing people, improving systems, and building resilient organizations capable of delivering exceptional service to the communities they serve.
