Why wait for your room when the fun is already waiting?
Registered Kalahari Resort guests receive access to the Kalahari Indoor Waterpark beginning at 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, even if your guest room is not yet ready for check-in. Lockers and changing facilities are available so you can dive right into the action.
Not ready for the fun to end? On your day of departure, registered guests are welcome to continue enjoying the waterpark until 3:00 p.m.—giving you a few extra hours to squeeze in one last ride down your favorite slide before heading home.
The CODE EMS Conference dates have been established, attendees can register for hotel rooms at their convenience, rooms fill quickly, it is suggested you book early. Remember, your hotel room includes access to the Kalahari Water Park. Bring your family and make your conference experience one that you will surely remember.

Thanks to the generous support of our conference sponsors and exhibitors, most meals are included with your conference registration.
In addition to the meals provided during the conference, Kalahari Resorts offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, and social dining venues. Meals and purchases made at these locations are the responsibility of each attendee or guest.
For children ages 12 and under, meal vouchers may be purchased through Kalahari Guest Services. Meal vouchers may also be purchased during the conference registration process when registering the primary attendee.
If you are a registered conference attendee or registered guest and need to cancel your registration, refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
- On or before September 24, 2026: 90% refund
- September 25 through October 9, 2026: 45% refund
- On or after October 10, 2026: No refunds will be issued
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed based on the date the written cancellation request is received.
The CODE EMS Conference will provide each attendee with a transcript of the educational sessions they attended during the conference. This transcript may be submitted to your local or state EMS office for consideration of continuing education (CE) credit, in accordance with your jurisdiction's requirements.
Yes! On-site registrations are welcome and may be completed at the conference registration kiosk.
For your convenience, we accept credit cards, checks, and cash for on-site registration and purchases.
The CODE EMS Conference welcomes registered attendees to bring a guest to enjoy the conference experience. A nominal registration fee of $100.00 is charged for each guest and includes all meals provided to registered conference attendees.

Guests staying at the Kalahari Resort receive complimentary access to the indoor waterpark as part of the hotel reservation (up to four registered occupants per guest room), in accordance with Kalahari Resort policies.

All registered conference attendees and registered guests are required to wear their official conference-issued ID badge at all times while participating in conference functions, including educational sessions, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, and other social events.
Individuals not displaying a valid conference ID badge will not be admitted to conference activities.
Your conference ID badge also contains a unique barcode that will be scanned throughout the conference to document attendance and accurately track continuing education (CE) credits.
