Jeffrey Rosenheck

Jeff Rosenheck is the CEO and owner of Lifesaving Outreach Services, LLC an NY and PA based EMS training organization, teaching a variety of NAEMT, ASHI, AHA, Red Cross, PSFA and DOH courses. Jeff has served in both career and volunteer EMS roles for more than fifteen years, serving in both rural and urban environments. In addition, Jeff has more than 20 years in volunteer firefighting and has served the roles of Captain, Lieutenant and Training Officer. Jeff holds a BA in Education from Lycoming College, an AOS in Fire Science from Corning Community College, and a Masters in Emergency Management from Elmira College. Jeff has also served as a county emergency manager and a hospital system emergency manager, dealing with crises such as Ebola and COVID-19. Jeff is the founder of a county wide rehab program in northern Pennsylvania and serves as a Pennsylvania State Fire Instructor and EMS Instructor in both NYS and PA. Jeff's passion is in incident command, resource management, and responder safety initiatives.
