As Regional Manager at Public Health Management Corporation and Owner/Partner at GetYouThinking, LLC, Richard has directed multimillion-dollar emergency preparedness initiatives, led cross-sector coalitions, and delivered consulting services to Fortune 100/500 companies, government agencies, and healthcare systems. Richard’s expertise encompasses strategic planning, program development, risk management, and critical incident response. He has managed statewide emergency response programs impacting millions, developed and implemented innovative EMS and safety programs, and ensured compliance with complex regulatory frameworks. Notably, Richard helped to establish India’s first National Disaster Life Support Training Center and co-authored a nationally recognized program for safe child transport in ambulances.
