Jonathan Carolla

Jonathan P. Carolla, BSc, NRP, FPC, NCEE, is a nationally certified paramedic, flight paramedic, and EMS educator with extensive experience in prehospital care, critical care transport, and EMS education leadership. He serves as the Education Coordinator for Life Lion EMS and Co-Chair of the Education Council for Life Lion Critical Care. Jonathan also supports national education initiatives as Education Manager for Every Coast Helicopter Operations and provides EMS consulting through The Kyle Group, helping deliver education and training across West Virginia’s Region 1. Previously, he served as an Education Specialist with the Emergency Health Services Federation, where he led rural EMS education efforts and developed the Rural Mobile Education project, bringing high-fidelity simulation training to underserved agencies through a custom-built simulation ambulance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Medical Care Administration and is currently completing his master’s in Emergency Health Services Education.
