Jeff Kuklinski

Dr. Kuklinski is a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician, with additional fellowship training and board certification in Emergency Medical Services. In addition to his clinical responsibilities within the network, Dr. Kuklinski is the Chief of the Division of EMS at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Under of EMS, Dr. Kuklinski overseas the EMS activities within the network. He also serves the EMS community in many roles as a service medical director and pre-hospital physician. Dr. Kuklinski has been strongly involved in EMS activities at the local, regional, and state level for the last 29+ years. Dr. Kuklinski currently serves as medical director for Lehigh Valley MedEvac and helps facilitate clinical education and medical oversight for the critical care air and ground crews. Dr. Kuklinski also currently serves as the medical director for the City of Allentown’s EMS and Fire-QRS services. He is an active team member of the City of Allentown Police Department’s Emergency Response Team, serving as the team physician and medical director overseeing the tactical EMS providers. Dr. Kuklinski also serves as the medical director for several other EMS organizations including ALS, BLS, QRS and Ski Patrol. Amongst all his responsibilities, Dr. Kuklinski has also been very active within the NASCAR community and serves as the medical director for clinical services at Pocono Raceway and is a physician consultant for the NASCAR medical team. He also is the lead ER physician for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. His burning desire to learn and educate, has driven him to seek out opportunities to increase pre-hospital provider and hospital provider medical education, and improve patient care within the communities he serves. It is his honor to present to you in the hopes to pass on some knowledge and experience to make a difference in your communities.
