Jason Knight

Jason Knight is a dedicated paramedic with over a decade of experience in emergency medical services (EMS). With a passion for saving lives and promoting public health, Jason has served on the frontlines of countless emergencies, providing critical care and compassion to those in need. As a respected leader in his field, Jason is committed to educating the community on emergency preparedness and the lifesaving techniques utilized by EMS professionals. Jason entered EMS in 2005by becoming an Emergency Medical Technician. He later graduated from Lehigh Valley Health Network EMI with his National Registered Paramedic Professional Degree. He was offered a paramedic position in the City of Allentown in 2008. He served as a member of the Allentown SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics Team) he was a member of the team for 12 years. He served has a field shift supervisor and a member of the City’s bike team. Jason came to Lehigh Valley Health Network in 2021 as a Manager of LVHN EMS Pocono and to assist in the re-branding of West End Community Ambulance. He is an advocate for student athletes and serves on Pleasant Valley School Districts All Sports Club. Currently Jason and his two sons’ Christian and Carter reside in Polk Township of the West End. Both sons are student athletes, and he enjoys watching his kids play sports. They also enjoy the Pocono lifestyle (hunting, fishing, and kayaking on the Delaware). Jason is enrolled at WGU pursuing his undergrad in Business Science Administration and recently accepted into Thomas Jefferson University MBA program with a special concentration in Operational Excellence starting in the fall of 2025.
