Please join me in welcoming Gretchen Shanfeld (formerly Wendel), Health & Medical Program Manager with the Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management. In her role, Gretchen leads planning and coordination for healthcare system preparedness, public health emergencies, and large-scale special events across the city. She works closely with hospitals, public safety partners, and government agencies to strengthen response capabilities for complex incidents.
