Duane Spencer has been the Program Manager for the Pennsylvania EMS for Children project since January 2020. As the EMS for Children Manager, he develops and supports pediatric specific programs targeted at improving the prehospital and emergency department care of children across the Commonwealth. Mr. Spencer is a tenured Paramedic, critical care provider, educator, healthcare administrator, and public safety leader with 48 years of experience in both volunteer and career applications. Duane is a patient advocate and strives to ensure that all children in Pennsylvania have access to quality and competent pediatric care.
