Dr. Derek Fikse is a board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine, Medical Toxicology, and Addiction Medicine at Lehigh Valley Health Network. A graduate of the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Fikse completed his Emergency Medicine residency and Medical Toxicology fellowship at LVHN, where he now serves as faculty for the Emergency Medicine residency, Medical Toxicology Fellowship, and EMS fellowship programs. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine and serves as Team Physician for Lehigh County Special Operations/ PA Company 3 US&R Team and as Medical Team Manager/Physician for PA Task Force 1 Federal US&R Team.
