David Ermak

Dr. David Ermak is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his Neurology residency and Vascular Neurology fellowship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in 2014. Dr. Ermak then served as the Director of the Neurohospitalist Program and was the Medical Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Penn State Hershey Medical Center until his departure from Penn State in 2020. Dr. Ermak currently practices as a Neurohospitalist at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center. He serves as the Director of the Acute Stroke Program for Geisinger Health System and has been proud to oversee the credentialing of two new Primary Stroke Centers at Jersey Shore and Muncy and the recredentialing of several other facilities including two Comprehensive Stroke Centers.
