Surviving a cardiac arrest outside of a hospital setting is an exceptionally rare occurrence, and being one of two individuals to achieve this on the same night is virtually unprecedented. This presentation will focus on the presenter's personal experience with cardiac arrest and the subsequent care received. Additionally, the presenter will address the psychological toll this event has taken, leading to a diagnosis of PTSD and anxiety induced by PTSD. He will share the treatment he has pursued and the positive impact it has had on his recovery.
