Volunteer and career EMS organizations alike face ongoing staffing shortages, high turnover, and competition for skilled providers, making effective recruitment and retention practices critical to organizational success. The course emphasizes the importance of purpose-driven engagement, recognition, and leadership practices that promote loyalty, morale, and long-term retention.
