This course will provide participants an opportunity to gain a perspective of the role organizational leadership plays with the determination of expectations related to selection, training, and qualifications of emergency vehicle drivers.  Through discussion and demonstration, policy and procedure will be discussed to determine performance responsibilities and expectations.  Topics will include a basic overview of emergency vehicle operations policy and procedure while exploring, performance capability and the appropriate mindset for practical and safe emergency vehicle operations.
