Aspects of the Emergency Vehicle Driver

This course will provide participants with the opportunity to gain a perspective on the broad range of competencies and qualifications associated with emergency vehicle driving. Through discussion and demonstration, driver function, performance and behavioral qualifying aspects will be explored.  Topics will include a basic overview of emergency vehicle operations, performance capability, defensive driving, functionality and the appropriate mindset for practical and safe emergency vehicle operations.
