Registered Kalahari Resorts guest can access the Kalahari Water Parks even before your hotel room is ready for check-in. Guest can access the park at 12:00pm on the day of your arrival (lockers and changing rooms are available) and on the day of your checking out, registered guest are welcome to enjoy the park until 3:00pm
The CODE EMS Conference dates have been established, attendees can register for hotel rooms at their convenience, rooms fill quickly, it is suggested you book early. Through the generous support of our conference sponsors and vendors, most meals are covered with your conference registration. Kalahari Resorts offers several dining and social experiences, these venues are the responsibility of our conference guest and attendees. For youth guest, 12 and under, meal vouchers can be purchased through Kalahari Guest Services, or you can register children at the time the primary registrant registers for the conference.
If you are a registered conference attendee or guest and you have to cancel your attendance, a refund will be issued following this format: Prior to September 24, 2024, refund amount is 90%. September 25 through October 9, 2024, refund amount is 45%.; October 10, 2024 and beyond 0%.
The CODE EMS Conference will provide you with a transcript of all educational sessions that you attended, this transcript can then be forwarded to your local - state EMS office for consideration of credits.
Yes, Registrations will be accepted by credit card, check, and cash, at our registration kiosk
The CODE EMS Conference encourages our EMS practitioners to bring a guest. A nominal fee of $100.00 is charged for each conference guest and includes the meals afforded to registered attendees. Registration of a conference attendee's guest(s) is readily available on this web site. Access to the Water Park is included in your Kalahari hotel room registration (up to four guests per room)

All registered Conference Attendees, Registered Guests included, will need to display their conference issued ID Badge anytime they are participating in a conference function (i.e., sessions, breakfast, lunch, or social events) Those without an ID badge will not be admitted. Additionally, your ID badge is encoded with a barcode that is utilized to capture data for continuing education tracking.
